Call For Cases and Papers

Guidelines for the case are as follow:

• Please do not exceed 10-12 slides for each submission.

  • Slide 1 - Case Title, Presenter Name, Institution

  • Slide 2 - 3 - Case History

  • Slide 3 -10 - Procedure Angiogram & Procedure Details ( Insert appropriate .avi loops and text with relevant equipment used).

• Movie files must be in .avi format.

• Last slide should contain take-home message/what we learn from the case.

• Kindly make sure that the case presentation/ paper is less than 100 MB. (supported file formats include .pdf, .ppt, .pptx etc)

• If you plan to attach a folder for videos, please rename the video loops as V1, V2, V3.....V9 and mail it to wincars.wcc@gmail.com from your registered email id.

Guidelines for the Abstracts are as follow:

• Title should be concise and specific, containing no abbreviations and indicating the nature of the investigation.

• Abstracts should be related to women’s cardiovascular diseases or its comparison of outcomes with men.

• Abstracts must be submitted in English.

• Abstracts consist of 4 sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. (approx. 300-350 words).

• Use zeros before decimal points: 0.05, not .05. Use decimal points not commas: 0.05, not 0,05. Use lowercase “p” values (p < 0.05).

• For brand drugs, include generic names in parentheses. 

• Do not include references, credits, or grant support.

The  extended last date for all submissions (cases / abstracts) is March 3rd, 2024.

The accepted abstracts will be published in the IJCDW journal.
